Calling in Abundance

Move, breathe, create, and dance toward your deepest self

Tap into the abundant, expansive energy of the mid-summer season, a time when the Earth is in full bloom and creativity flows freely. The Empress, archetype of fertile abundance and empowered receptivity, will guide us through a soul-nourishing journey of meditation, automatic writing, conscious dance, and creative expression.

You’ll explore what abundance means for you — not as something to have, but as a frequency to draw in and become. During this two hour journey, music is the map, an altar is base camp, and intuition is the compass. This is a space to root into gratitude, replenish your energy, and align yourself to the natural flow of giving, receiving and having.

All bodies and abilities are welcome. No dance experience necessary, just an open and curious mind!

What to bring: yoga mat, water bottle, journal, item for the altar

For the first time in motherhood, I feel like my mind and body are speaking the same language- and I have Finding Flow to thank! I came in carrying tension I didn't know I was holding - years of putting others first, running on autopilot and feeling disconnected from former versions of myself. But here, in this space, with guidance that feels both gentle and empowering, I remembered what it's like to be fully present in my body and in my mind. To move not for anyone else, but for me. Finding Flow is a space where my body gets to lead and my mind finally listens.

Infinite Portals Studio was founded by Caitlin Rae Moon, artist, creativity coach and inutitive teacher with over fifteen years experience teaching studio art and helping people find and express their unique voice.

Creative energy is the air we breathe.

It is the force that animates all life, including us. We know to breathe it in, but over time, without consistent intention and awareness, our creative breath can become shallow and stifled. Infinite Portals Studio is here to help you remember.
